Keep your DivePay Account Secure
Our security measures are designed to keep you safe in both online and offline. But there are some precautions you should take with your account to protect your security by using your common sense whenever you can
Review your Transaction History
Check your transactions in transaction history regularly. If you suspect any misused transaction in your account, immediately change your password and contact DivePay support team.
Protect your Computer
Make sure your computer uses precautions like antivirus software and firewalls to prevent intruders from getting into your network or computer. Never open executable files from unfamiliar sources.
Avoid Public Computer
Never sign in to DivePay from a public computer you don’t own it so you can’t know how safe it is. This includes computer terminals at hotels, libraries, airports and internet cafes.
Use strong PASSWORD
Create a complex and unique password that is different from any other passwords you use. A strong password should be at least 8 characters long, won’t contain your real name and should contain uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numerals and at least one special character (i.e. ` ~ ! @ # $ %).
Sign out your Account
When you’re finished using your DivePay Account, don’t close the browser window without signing out first. This will clear your browser’s cache and protect you from anyone signing in as you.
Never reply unknown mails
DivePay never ask you about your user name & password in mail. If you got any mail regarding your DivePay account username & password never reply for that.
Never share your account information like User name & Password with anyone.
